Your Check-In Process

Receive detailed check-in instructions by email including keypad codes or lockbox location.

Day of arrival

Our team confirms the property is ready. Message us with any questions or early arrival requests.

On arrival

Self check-in at your convenience anytime after 4:00 PM. The welcome guide is on the kitchen counter.

During your stay

We're reachable 24/7 via phone or text. For non-urgent needs, expect same-day response.

Check-out (11am)

Leave keys inside and lock up. We handle the rest. No rush on the morning of checkout.

Traveling with Pets?

Several RCMG properties are pet-friendly. Pet approval is required in advance, and a refundable pet deposit applies. Breed and weight restrictions vary by property. Look for the “Pet Friendly” badge on property listings or ask us directly.
