What is your management fee?
Our management fee is 15–20% of gross rental revenue, depending on property type, location, and scope of services. Contact us for a personalized quote and revenue estimate.
How do I receive my earnings?
Owner payouts are processed monthly via direct bank transfer, with full documentation through your OwnerRez owner portal. You receive a detailed statement with all booking revenue and any maintenance deductions.
Can I still use the property myself?
Absolutely. Owner-use periods are easily managed through your portal. Simply block your preferred dates and we'll keep them clear. There's no limit on personal use.
What happens if a guest damages my property?
We collect security deposits and recommend damage protection insurance through our booking platform. In the event of damage, we coordinate all repair work and manage the claim process on your behalf.
How long until my property goes live?
Typically 2–3 weeks from signing. We schedule photography, write the listing, set up pricing, and complete platform onboarding before activating your property.
